What am I going to do to my belly?

Okay, belly is not a person but the fat of my body.
I have been with her for a long time ago since I was a child.
She broke up with me when I was in the last grade in high school.
BUT

Since last year. She knocked the door and said
"Hey! I'm back with my friends"

...

W H A T ?


Yeah, I was thinking that my weight won't get over 65 
but now it comes true

Take a guess ..

Don't be surprise~ 
It's just 75 kg

OH! GIVE ME A BREAK!

BLAH BLAH BLAH

No matter how much I complain about my weight
but if I don't do something
I think I'm going to be loser and feel bad for myself.

So let me see if something I can do it for my chubby body

BEFORE

        Believe me, this is the important part you really need to do before workout or play sports!

         According to my body, I need to focus on carido first. I need to burn my fat out! Not with the fire but DANCE! It's cardio I love to do and won't get boring easily :D
          Recently, I found an interesting channel on you tube called "Fitness Marshall".
I can say I totally love this channel!

However, this is not enough for me because I need to lose it faster than I ever did.
I decided to go back to thing I had done before and worked effectively.

IT'S THE JUMPING-ROPE



I've got it since 2014 from online shopping.
The good thing of this rope is that the rope will never mess up while jumping like others does but it can hurts you till you're arm getting red line lol.
I liked it anyway!

I started to jump for 500 times in a day in the evening with my sister. At least 500 times everyday will make sure that before I go back to the dormitory, I'll have a better shape.

  • After did the jumping-rope, I'll continue to dance as cardio with the video above. 
  • Last but not least I decied to do some bodyweight to build some muscle. You can choose any bodyweight that fit to your body. It's the important part.

    IT'S THE COOL DOWN TIME!


You can do the way you used to do before or follow the way I do instead.
I always strecht my body after workout and it feels really good.

This is all the things I recently do while staying at home. This is mostly focusing on cardio because I don't have enough time to lose weight enough. ;)
